The Bachelor of Business is designed to foster innovation and create impact in a dynamic and evolving global business environment. With a focus on inspired, multidisciplinary learning experiences, the program equips students with practical skills, tools, and knowledge essential for supporting the sustainability of society, business, and industry.Students will build a portfolio of professional experiences through meaningful real-world interactions with employers, industry partners, and the broader community.The degree offers the option to pursue a professionally accredited specialisation in Accounting or Financial Services, with the Financial Services stream including a compulsory 225-hour internship. Alternatively, students may choose to major in areas such as Business and Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Business, Marketing, Tourism and Event Management, or Aviation Management. These pathways can be enhanced through an industry project, internship, or a shared major from other disciplines across the University, allowing for a customised and career-focused learning experience.

To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must: meet the Universitys standard minimum admission requirements for undergraduate courses, including:for High School Students, completed secondary education.for non-school leavers: previous secondary, tertiary or TAFE studies SCU College studies work experiencepersonal competency statements special tertiary admissions test (STAT)SCU Elite Athletes and Performers Scheme demonstrate a suitable degree of life experience, including self-awareness, a capacity to relate to others and an understanding of ethical behavior which are assessed through:two confidential references addressing the applicants suitability for the course; and the applicants responses to the SCU Counselling Readiness Questionnaire.Applicants will not be admitted solely on the basis of completion of a Certificate III qualification.
