The Bachelor of Music (Creative Technology) is more than a traditional audio engineering program. You will go beyond the recording studio combining proven theory with practical experience as you record and create music in unique ways, helping you become a successful audio practitioner and to launch a fulfilling career.

What Youll Study

You will learn the technical theory and skills around capturing sound. But this specialisation is not just about learning to use the technology. It provides a structured learning environment in which you can apply your knowledge and skills creatively. Wherever you want to take your music journey, this course can help you get there.

You will collaborate with other students on musical projects as well as completing your own creative project in your final trimester of study.

There are three stages in the Bachelor of Music (Creative Technology) program, depending on the depth of study you prefer.

You may exit with a Diploma of Music at the end of 3 study periods.

You may exit with the Associate Degree of Music at the end of 6 study periods.

The Bachelor of Music (Creative Technology) is awarded at the end of 9 study periods.
