This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:

- English language proficiency of Level 2 on the ISLPR® scale.

- English language proficiency to undertake qualifications requiring proficiency of ISLPR® 2, IELTS 4.5 or CEFR B1 on entry, which provide a pathway to access employment, training and community participation.

If during or after your enrolment, the course in which you are enrolled is updated in line with national industry standards, the Institute reserves the right to transition you into an alternate course. If this becomes necessary, the Institute will advise you of the change and the arrangements which will be available for you to complete your alternate course.

RELESL203 Develop routine English language reading competence for everyday purposes

RELESL204 Develop routine English language writing competence for everyday purposes

RELESL205 Develop routine English grammar skills for everyday usage

RELESL201 Develop routine English language speaking competence for everyday purposes

RELESL202 Develop routine English language listening competence for everyday purposes

RELLRN201 Use basic e-learning tools

There are no essential entry requirements or limitations for this course.

Entrants should have:

A minimum English language proficiency of ISLPR® 1+, IELTS 4 or CEFR A2+ across all levels of Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing.

Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences.
