Open to students with a strong master’s level background in physics. Exceptional students with a B.Tech/BE degree are also eligible for this program. During the first year the students need to complete a set of mandatory courses and clear comprehensive examination at the end of the year. Foreign Nationals who got degree from India – Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology with a good academic record or a Master’s degree by Research in engineering/Technology with a good academic record and a valid GATE score or qualified in NET (CSIR / UGC) /NBHM / CAT / AIMA or Equivalent with GRE/GMAT/TOEFL. Master’s degree in Sciences with a good academic record and of exceptional merit where eligible, for the relevant Engineering discipline and a valid GATE score or qualified in NET (CSIR / UGC) /NBHM / CAT / AIMA or equivalent with GRE/GMAT/TOEFL.
