If youre passionate about helping others in your community, this vocational Health programme will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to prepare for your chosen career path as a support worker in the mental health, community health, addiction, or aged care sector.

During this course you will get to explore a range of career opportunities in the healthcare sector and learn how to provide appropriate healthcare and support across the wider community. Well teach you about the industry with guest speakers, visit a range of healthcare providers and help you gain your First Aid certificate during your studies.

Youll then be able to discuss your chosen career path in either mental health and addiction, community health, nursing or aged care with your tutor and apply what you learn in class in a three week work experience at a healthcare provider.
