The HND Hospitality Management will give you the knowledge and hands-on skills to succeed in a managerial position in the growing hospitality industry.

The course builds on knowledge gained in the HNC Hospitality Operations, and enhances the focus on management and supervisory skills.

• You may also be required to undertake a local unsupervised 10 week work placement.

What can I do on completion of my course?

You will be suitably qualified to take up posts as a trainee manager in a medium or large hotel, or as a unit manager in industrial catering.
