There shall be two types of awards, namely Team Awards and Athlete Awards. Nevertheless, either Team Awards or Athlete Awards will be granted per annum.

student who have met the Following criteria : i. demonstrated good sports performance and achievements in local or international competitions; and ii. proven leadership and sportsmanship in the CityU badminton team; and iii. obtained satisfactory academic performance with CGPA 2.0 or above in a CityU programme.

The nominations for the Team Awards/Athlete Awards shall be made by the coach(es) of Badminton Team and the winners of the Athlete Awards will be selected by a selection panel.

The Awards shall be presented at the CityU Sports Team Annual Prize Presentation Ceremony cum Team Gathering.
