Students learn in industry-standard training environments including Holmesglen’s fully operational ZEST training restaurant, cocktail bar, computer laboratories, classrooms, and immersive hospitality retreats at the Holmesglen Eildon Campus and Conference Centre. Throughout the course, students gain hands-on experience using hospitality business simulation software, hotel property management systems, and industry-standard business applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These facilities replicate real hospitality industry environments and support experiential, collaborative, and practical learning opportunities across hospitality operations, tourism, events, food and beverage, and hotel management. Digital course delivery is supported through Holmesglen’s Brightspace learning management system, with access to learning resources, assessments, collaboration tools, library services, and digital learning resources that support hospitality and business learning.
