At this level, workers possess specialised skills in community services and operate with a high degree of autonomy within their scope of practice, under broad guidance from senior management. They play a key role in supporting individuals to create positive change in their lives, enhancing both personal and social wellbeing. Workers may also be responsible for supervising other staff and volunteers, and may undertake case management and program coordination responsibilities.
