Admission to this course is on the basis of the following criteria:

A medical degree from the University of Sydney or an equivalent qualification; or

successful completion of the requirements of the embedded Graduate Certificate in Surgery or Graduate Certificate in Surgical Sciences; and

Current medical registration in an Australian or New Zealand jurisdiction.
