This course addresses the timely and pressing challenges of our age and our profession, in an enquiring, sophisticated, creative, ethical, inclusive and material way. Through research-led design studios and supporting professional subjects, we’ll provide you with the confidence and capabilities to respond to the complexities of the world.Our Master of Architecture has a strong emphasis on studio-based learning which replicates the way many architectural and design practices operate. You’ll spend over half your degree in the studio where you’ll be taught by Monash academics and leading architectural practitioners. You’ll work on projects engaged with the community or embedded within an architectural practice, designed to set you up for future success after you graduate.
