The School of Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacy provides world-class education for students interested in careers in Biomedical Science and Pharmacy. It also contributes to the medical, allied health, and nursing degrees offered by the Faculty of Health and Medicine. Immunology is the study of the immune system. That is, the study of how organisms protect themselves by identifying agents (e.g. bacteria, viruses, tumor cells), that may be destructive to the health of the organism. Microbiology is the study of the very small organisms such as bacteria and viruses. The school teaches immunology and microbiology in an integrated fashion across a range of degrees offered at the University of Newcastle.

للطلاب الدوليين

i) have satisfied all of the requirements for admission to the degree of Bachelor with Honours Class 1 or Honours Class II, Division 1 or any other degree approved for this purpose by the Head of School; orii) have satisfied all the requirements for admission to a degree of Bachelor in the University or another degree approved for this purpose by the Head of School; oriii) in exceptional cases produce evidence of possessing such other academic or professional qualifications and/or experience as may be approved by the Head of School; oriv) in the disciplines of education, medical physics, nursing, social work, social sciences and surgery have completed a minimum standard of professional experience as required by the Head of School; and
