Applicants must hold or demonstrate one 1 of the following prerequisite requirements A three year postsecondary postYear 12 equivalent qualification eg IndiaPakistan three 3 year qualification post StandardClass XII China three 3 year qualification post Senior High School Certificate Sri Lanka three 3 year qualification post A levels or An Associate degree or higher in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 40 or A Bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 35 or A minimum of three 3 years fulltime equivalent managerial or professional work experience from a recognised University or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing Relevant management or professional experience This must include some responsibility for management leadership or supervision in a business environment Applicants will have to demonstrate experience relating to organisational behaviour business strategy marketing economics communication and people management
