The programme is a Level 9, Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence with an exit award of a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Artificial Intelligence. The programme has been proposed, designed and developed to meet the current and expected growth, both nationally and internationally, in Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) has become one of the most exciting topics in computing today. Brought about by the improvement in available hardware and an array of free, open-sourced A.I. software libraries, it is one of the fastest growing areas within the ICT industry. It is already being used to develop smarter products and services, from self-driving cars and automated warehouses, to computer games and online chatbots.
