The BA (Hons) International Relations with French at the University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) is a multidisciplinary programme that combines an in-depth exploration of international relations with French language mastery. Over three years, this full-time course provides students with the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in global politics, international systems, and diplomacy, alongside the ability to communicate proficiently in French. The programme offers a robust curriculum, starting with foundational concepts in international relations and beginner-level French in the first year. As students progress, they delve deeper into specialised modules covering areas such as global political economy, international security, and regional studies. Concurrently, French language training equips them with advanced communication skills, enhancing their employability in international and multicultural contexts. Key features include research-led teaching, opportunities for independent research projects, and access to exchange programmes at the University’s UK or Ningbo campuses.
