At Curtin, you’ll build a solid foundation in mechanics, electronics, and computer systems, with a practical focus through project-based learning. From your second year, you’ll engage in hands-on projects, culminating in a major design or research project in your final year. As a Mechatronic Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of mechanical devices and electronic control systems. With rapid advances in automation, such as self-driving vehicles and industrial robotics, your expertise will be in high demand.
