Real estate such as offices, shopping malls, factories and houses is the world’s largest and most valuable class of asset, worth an estimated US$326.5 trillion in 2020 according to Savills Impact Report 2021. Real estate professionals are trained to actively value, transact, manage and invest in these assets. The Real Estate programme offered at the Henley Business School is consistently ranked 1 or 2 in the UK for Land and Property Management by The Complete University Guide. The programme offered in Malaysia is identical to the degree programme in the UK, following the same quality and standards. شروط القبول

للطلاب الدوليين

International Foundation Programme SPM, IGCSE and equivalent holders can enrol on the International Foundation Programme UEC ABBBB STPM/A-Level BBB IB Diploma Overall 30 points; 3 in Standard Level (SL) Mathematics module is expected. Australian Matriculations ATAR 87 or above OSSD Successful completion of Grade 12 OSSD with a minimum of 75% subject average over 6 subjects and Mathematics is expected (only 4U/4C/4M subjects are considered). MUFY Overall average 65% or above (Mathematics module is expected) NCUK International Foundation Year BBB Diploma and Foundation Recognised by UoRM and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Other relevant qualifications Accredited and recognised by MQA. Credit in Mathematics is expected at SPM, IGCSE, or an equivalent level qualification or higher.
