This course is ideal if you have completed one of our Level 5 courses or if you already have hospitality service experience.In the first part of the course, you’ll learn about hotel operations, staff management and the tools of the trade. You'll also get up to speed on how to set up and manage large scale events. In the second part of the course, you can choose between a 20 week full-time internship in the industry or 20 weeks of campus-based learning to further develop your management knowledge before you begin your career in a hotel.
