This integrated programme comprises Le Cordon Bleu's Diplôme de Cuisine where students receive a formal culinary education followed by a 3-month internship. The programme is composed of the Diplôme de Cuisine where students learn classic French culinary techniques as well as attend a number of workshops to help them in finding the right work experience (CV writing, interview preparation etc.). After completion of the 9-month diploma, students will join one of our industry partners for a 3-month work experience. Who is this programme for?The Diplôme de Cuisine with Internship Pathway has been designed to provide students with an experience of working in a professional kitchen as part of their culinary training. We welcome students from a variety of different educational and occupational backgrounds. No prior culinary experience is required.
