The course is primarily open to applicants seeking academic conversion, who hold a 2.2 undergraduate honours degree (or international equivalent) in a non-Real Estate subject. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to a career in real estate, preferably with some work experience.
We will actively consider applications from candidates with lower degrees, who can effectively portray suitable credentials, and usually have an appropriate professional background.
EU & International applicants who have studied a non-RICS Real Estate undergraduate course are welcome to apply in order to gain accreditation.
