The MSc in Research Methods in Psychology is designed to train students wishing to pursue a higher research degree in psychology and equips them with the specific skills necessary for undertaking a career as a research psychologist.These researchers study a broad range of cognitive and perceptual processes. Their works aims to provide a system-level understanding of behaviour and cognition, with research questions including understanding how perceptual stimuli are detected and processed, the structure of decision-making and memory processes, and how the brain translates information into action. The researchers use a combination of human imaging, behavioural and experimental techniques.
