Selection will be based on demonstrated leadership qualities and contributions to the team. Coaches will nominate students to the Athletic Awards Committee. Entering student-athletes who are members of the Gryphon Men's Soccer team or current members of the Gryphon Men's Soccer team who have achieved a minimum 70% average or equivalent in the previous academic year as a student-athlete.
