International Ambassador Scholarship

Wright State recognizes international students who demonstrate a vision for enhancing intercultural understanding. In Fall 2026, we will select two first-year students to receive a renewable scholarship of USD $10,000 per year. To be considered, you must be a first-year international applicant applying from abroad who intends to live on-campus. As an international applicant, you must have attended or have graduated from a secondary school outside of the U.S. and demonstrated interest and personal initiative in activities involving intercultural learning and exchange. This scholarship is divided evenly between Fall and Spring Semesters for a total of 8 semesters of full-time undergraduate study as long as you continue to meet certain criteria.

Scholarship Details

• Students must be enrolled full-time
• The scholarship is divided evenly between the Fall and Spring Semesters
• Renewable contingent on maintaining a 2.5 GPA and earning a total of 24 credit hours during the Fall and Spring Semesters
• Funds are awarded as available, so apply for undergraduate admission early
• Can be used for undergraduate tuition only
