The Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Media Communication double degree will provide you with analytical and critical thinking skills through a core program of professional communication practice alongside development of cross-cultural competency, social awareness and a global outlook.
The Bachelor of Arts offers you 30+ areas of study to choose from, including history, psychology, sociology, languages, politics and international relations, and provides you with interpersonal skills, empathy, critical thinking, cultural awareness and a global outlook.
Within the Bachelor of Media Communication, you will choose from one of four specialisations: Journalism, Media, Public Relations or Screen. Your core units will offer a range of practical experiences utilising the Monash Media Lab. Monash is ranked 47th in the world for Communication and Media Studies (QS Subject Rankings, 2024).
