The Bachelor of Communication program covers all areas of creative communication, enabling you to understand how your field of study is connected to other disciplines. Through self-directed, team and problem-based learning strategies that require active participation in the community, you will learn to value ethical conduct, intellectual integrity, diversity and social justice principles.The Journalism major provides you with an understanding of how communication works with real-world experience in broadcast, print and online journalism. You will develop journalistic skills for newspapers, magazines, internet, radio, television, corporate and community media contexts, and come to understand news team culture and management.
