The Human Resource Management major focuses on how to successfully manage people, create a productive working environment and build a positive workplace culture. You will gain skills in core areas such as organisational behaviour, industrial relations, diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace, performance management and innovation, international HR management, employee health and wellbeing, data-driven decision making and evidence-based management. Work Integrated Learning is a guaranteed part of all our bachelor degrees. This double degree has two units where you’ll have the opportunity to work on industry-linked projects. In the Design Capstone Project, you’ll work on an industry-linked project relevant to your design major, and in Industry Consulting Project (BSB3009), you’ll work in teams to solve a business problem briefed to you by our industry partners.
