If you desire to work in the human resources arena, this 4-year double degree from The University of Notre Dame Australia will give you the qualifications you need to become an effective human resource manager. You will study subjects such as Human Resource Development, Change Management, Mediation and Dispute Resolution and develop the skills necessary to work in the field of human resources. As part of your degree, you will be required to undertake 150 hours of practical experience in the workplace these placements are a significant preparation for your life after university. The holistic and comprehensive skill set you will master as a result of combining Human Resource Management with an Arts degree will make you especially valuable to employers.
