The course will help you develop autonomy, ability to respond, and organisational management with the aim of assisting a corporation or education institute meet the learning needs of their employees. Equip yourself with the necessary skills and knowledge and become a valuable resource for the education and training efforts of an enterprise. Learn to apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. You will develop the skills to generate and evaluate complex ideas. This course, on successful completion, gives you direct access to a related Master’s degree, even if you do not hold a bachelor’s degree. Apply for credit exemptions towards part of the Master program.
