You'll then apply these theories, models, and practices to a real-world employment situation. Additionally, you'll collaborate with a team to assess the role of technology in managing talent effectively and efficiently. As part of this program, you'll also learn to develop strategic human resource management policies for organisations and analyse, diagnose and provide recommendations for implementing organisational change.
