Control of risk is a fundamental aspect of project management. This major complements the coverage of risk as a core competency in the project management program by provide opportunities to develop skills that enhance understanding of systemic risk through system dynamics modeling, and its management through integrated cost scheduling and control, computer applications and contracts. Disaster project management provides insight into the management of risk in a particular project context.The Master of Project Management is a postgraduate coursework degree that provides you with the advanced project management skills needed for hands-on project management.You will complete technical, strategic and leadership core units, along with a capstone comprising either a research thesis or professional project. You will also complete elective units as needed to make up the requirements of the course.
