Criminology and Criminal Justice is the study of crime and justice from a sociological perspective. Do you find yourself wondering about issues involving criminalization, criminality, and justice Are you interested in topics like crime, criminalization, social regulation, or justice Criminology and Criminal Justice will answer your questions and give you a new lens for seeing the world around you. A student may complete an honours or major in Criminology and Criminal Studies in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program.At UNB, the Criminology and Criminal Justice program is focused on providing students the knowledge, skills, and methods required to pursue meaningful careers within government, police, NGOs, law, advocacy groups, and more. Students can expect to develop a rigorous and deep understanding of the causes and consequences of crime and deviance, which will prepare them for the workforce, or Criminology graduate programs in Canada and beyond.
