In Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)’s Mechanical Engineering degree program, you’ll learn how to use engineering science and modern technology to address local and global challenges.In your first year, you’ll start with engineering fundamentals, like calculus and physics. As you progress, you’ll develop a specialized skill set studying manufacturing and fabrication, thermal and fluid processes, mechanics and machine design. In fourth year, you’ll work with teammates on a capstone design project to address a real-world challenge and present your solution to industry experts.Experiential learning opportunities: Co-op available.
