The graduate program in systems engineering offers qualified students training at a master’s level across a broad spectrum of domains, with a strong emphasis on transdisciplinary approaches grounded in general systems analysis. The program focuses on developing advanced analytical and integrative competencies required to address complex, real-world problems that demand a holistic, systems-level perspective.
Faculty from the schools of electrical engineering and computer science, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering and related disciplines actively contribute as instructors, supervisors and research mentors. The program is further enriched by collaborative initiatives, such as seminar series and systems engineering application days, fostering cross-disciplinary engagement.
Designed as an interdisciplinary platform, the program emphasizes both mathematical and computational modeling of natural and engineered systems. It equips graduates with the tools to analyze, predict, control and optimize system behaviour across diverse sectors, including engineering, technology and applied sciences.
