Operations technology (OT) cybersecurity requires skills and knowledge that aren’t used in information technology (IT) cybersecurity. As a graduate of Ontario's first college program to focus specifically on OT cybersecurity, you'll stand out by knowing how to protect systems and networks used in healthcare, military, government, manufacturing and other vital sectors.

Through lectures, discussions and case studies, you’ll learn how to integrate cybersecurity with OT, Industrial Control Systems, AI edge devices, smart manufacturing, Industrial Internet of Things and more. You’ll then apply that theory through simulations, labs and group projects.

Learn from a diverse group of instructors who have extensive industry experience, advanced cybersecurity education and professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

They’ll teach you how to use a wide range of advanced technologies and tools, including:

IoT sensors and equipment

intrusion detection software such as Snort and Security Onion
