This is Canada’s only doctoral degree program in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. It provides students breadth with a range of courses spanning from Electrical Engineering to Computer Science and allows them to specialize in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering. It offers a teaching practicum for students who want to pursue a career in academia and an internship for students aiming for industrial positions.The PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science is a 4-year research-intensive program culminating in a dissertation. The studies are in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering.

للطلاب الدوليين

Graduates with an honours degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least a B+ average in the last two years of study, may be admitted as Candidates for the Masters program in Computer Science. In addition, those admitted must have completed the equivalent of a senior-level course in the area of theoretical computer science.
