The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Education (PBDE) is an innovative program responding to the professional development needs of educators in a rapidly evolving world. Students in PBDE will gain new perspectives, experience and knowledge to advance their abilities.The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Education (PBDE) is a flexible 30 credit hour program designed to meet the professional development needs of teachers and administrators. The program is also open to Internationally educated teachers who require additional coursework to meet Manitoba Teacher Certification requirements.

The following are minimum requirements to be considered for entry into the Post-Baccalaureate Education Diploma program.For Manitoba Certified teachersA Bachelor's Degree with a minimum grade-point average of 2.0.One of the following Manitoba Education and Advanced Learning certificationsPermanent Professional CertificateProvisional Professional Certificate or;Clinicians CertificateFor non-certified teacher and out-of-province applicantsA Bachelor's Degree with a minimum grade-point average of 2.0 from a recognized institution.Two years of full-time or accumulated teaching work and experience.
