Pass with at least Grade B in the following 5 subjects:
Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject; AND
Credit in Malay and English subjects
Life Science (Allied Health Science)
Pass with credit in 5 subjects including 3 of the following subjects:
Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, English
Physical Science (Engineering)
Pass with Credit in 5 subjects including:
Mathematics and 1 of the Physical Science subjects
International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) – O Levels
O-level
Life Science (Medicine)
Pass O-Level with at least Grade B in 5 subjects:
Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and 1 other subject; AND
Grade C in English
Life Science (Pharmacy)
Pass O-Level with at least Grade B in 5 subjects:
Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and 1 other subject; AND
Grade C in English

Pass O-Level with Grade C in 5 subjects including 3 of the following subjects:
