If you are interested in languages and are studying an alternative degree programme at UC, you can do a course or two in your language of choice per year. The Certificate in Languages (CertLang) is also available to study part-time. Study Involve: Four courses at 100 and/or 200-level that can be completed in a minimum of 6 months full-time to 5 years part-time. Courses in the Certificate of Languages are introductory and no prior knowledge is required. Combine this Certificate with your other studies to gain knowledge in a language which can open up your future job prospects. Credits from this Certificate can be transferred to a Diploma in Languages or the Bachelor of Arts.
