Looking to take your management skills to the next level, but don’t quite meet the entry requirements for admission to Massey University? Massey University College offers two Graduate Diploma qualifications, Graduation Diploma (Marketing) and Graduation Diploma (Management). The two Graduate Diploma Programmes are specially designed bridging qualifications that will allow you to transition into a Master of Management programme at Massey University. There are five subject areas that you can focus on: HR Management, International Business, Management and Marketing. Sustainability: These qualifications will help you gain the necessary academic knowledge, as well as the learning and language skills to become an independent learner, with the confidence and ability to excel in a master’s level programme at the University. Successful completion of one of the two Graduate Diploma Programmes will reduce the Master of Management to eight months of study by cross-crediting 60 credits. Key learning outcomes include: Competently applying a broad range of general academic skills and theoretical and practical knowledge, Command a knowledge of the key theories and concepts underpinning your area of specialisation, Apply a variety of analytical tools to problem-solving within the discipline area, Apply skills to assigned tasks and responsibilities. Communicate effectively and persuasively in written and verbal forms and with an appropriate level of accuracy and fluency to convey meaning and to participate effectively in a variety of situations and activities, Be able to work effectively, both independently and in teams, Learn effectively including undertaking research in domain specific areas
