The HND in Leadership and Management is a designed to develop leadership, management and employability skills, preparing students for managerial roles in further or higher education. You will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for leadership and management roles in various business environments. The qualification is accredited as a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) which confirms that it is an industry-relevant programme of study approved and recognised by employers.The aims of the programme are to develop students as agile, independent thinkers who are able to respond to change and tackle a range of complex business challenges.
