Our Work and Organisational Psychology MSc provides you with a thorough understanding of how to effectively manage people and organisations. Youll learn how to recruit, train and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, along with techniques to manage wellbeing and organisational change, plus more. During the course, youll be given the chance to develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software.
