Maryville University’s undergraduate degree in Biology with a Concentration in Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship provides you with a broad knowledge base about the interactions between living things and the physical environment through experiential learning on campus and in the region.This program takes a cross-disciplinary and experiential approach towards a deeper understanding of sustainability principles. We’ll show you the links between human choices and environmental effects and explore the role of innovation in sustainability and environmental stewardship. You’ll study biology, chemistry and physics, along with environmental law and ethics.

A high school diploma with a minimum of 22 units of credit including four units of English, three units of mathematics, three units of science, three units of social sciences (social studies), and three additional units in any of the above areas or in a foreign language.A high school grade point average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).Official course-by-course transcript evaluation with GPA calculation from a NACES member evaluation service (naces.org) for all secondary transcripts outside the U.S. or Canda.Students mid-program should send the official in-progress course-by-course evaluation to Maryville.
