As a forestry major with a hydrology and watershed management emphasis, you’ll study the impact of land management practices on hydrologic processes, water quality and riparian habitat with an emphasis on wildland watersheds. Accredited by the Society of American Foresters, U of I has trained forestry leaders for over 100 years. Graduates are in high demand with the forest industry and natural resource agencies, including the U.S. Forest Service and Idaho Department of Lands.
