Plant biology develops your appreciation for the diversity, complexity and unity of life and provides the basis for sciences that include the development of pharmaceuticals, biofuels and improved crops. The plant biology department prepares you for government and industry jobs, and entry into graduate, medical and other professional schools. Our pre-pharmacy program at OSU is uniquely suited for preparing you for pharmaceutical school.
