Illinois Tech’s Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Master of Science in Electrical Engineering accelerated master's degree program allows students the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in electrical engineering and complete both degrees in as few as five years. The undergraduate portion of the curriculum places an emphasis on both theory and practical applications of computer engineering. The graduate portion builds a strong foundation across several areas of study in electrical engineering, which includes an option to pursue thesis research under the guidance of a faculty adviser. This program provides a strong foundation in computer hardware design, computer networks, and software engineering.
