Integrate engineering with soil and water chemistry to develop solutions to critical environmental issues that impact human health and natural ecosystems. Collaborate with faculty on research projects at on- and off-campus institutes and labs, including the Center for Environmental Systems Engineering. Participate in projects with field sampling programs that employ undergraduate and graduate students in the Syracuse area and beyond, including Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest. Engage in research and have the opportunity to present your work at environmental conferences and publish your findings in conference proceedings and professional journals. Gain valuable work experience by participating in paid summer internships or co-ops and still graduate in four years.
