Custom Integrated Circuit Design and Simulation Certificate is offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering for students who seek career opportunities in chip industries and to current engineers in chip industries who want to strengthen and/or to broaden their skills. The program curriculum includes three courses in advanced IC design and layout, which are important steps in custom IC production, just before the IC fabrication and testing steps.
