Students who complete the Real Estate-Broker Certificate of Achievement are equipped with immediately marketable skills and also the coursework necessary to sit for the California Real Estate Broker’s Examination. All courses must be completed with a grade of ''C'' or better. Complete the Real Estate Certificate of Achievement and the Associate in Science graduation requirements as outlined in the Graduation Requirements section of the catalog. Program Outcomes Function effectively in an entry-level real estate position using the skills, principles, and tools they have acquired. Communicate effectively in personal organizational and real estate environments. Apply the real estate principles they have learned to effectively facilitate real estate transactions in a variety of settings. Be prepared to sit for the California Real Estate Broker’s Exam.
