The bachelor of arts (BA) degree requires students to complete a minimum of 120 credit hours (a minimum of 40 courses) and generally takes four years to complete. During your studies, you will examine culture, thought, prehistory and history, human interactions, and the social and natural forces that constantly transform our society. You will gain the critical-thinking, analytical and communication skills needed to succeed and adapt in a changing world.If you speak Spanish you can communicate with nearly 500 million people in the world. Spanish is one of the most important languages in the economy, politics and culture of our hemisphere. It is the second language of the United States and is becoming popular in established economic powers such as China and emerging ones like Brazil and India. Knowing Spanish will give you greater job opportunities in the labour market.Length: Four years
