A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution that is acceptable to the University of Victoria.
A minimum average of "C+" (3.00 on the UVic 9-point scale) on the most recent 12 UVic units attempted (24 credits = approximately 8 courses).
A minimum average of "C+" (3.00 on the UVic 9-point scale) on the most recent two full years of courses attempted (30 UVic units = 60 credits).

Note: 3.0 UVic units are equivalent to two half-year courses or 6 credits at most BC colleges and universities.

English

Two courses in approved English (total of 3.0 UVic units).
A minimum C+ grade in each of your two approved English courses.

Teachable subject areas

Approved studies in one or two teachable subject areas with a grade-point average of at least 4.00 on a 9-point scale (equivalent to UVic's B- grade) on the specified courses needed for each teachable area.
